We offer consultancy opportunities and training to other care farms or alternative provisions looking to expand into care farming or outdoor education.

In addition, we also provide specialist SEND support and school improvement opportunities to schools. We work with senior leaders through support and challenge of the school's evaluation, planning and focused priorities, aiming to improve outcomes and impact of performance.

Qualified supervision is also available for senior leaders in schools and care homes, as well supervision for Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs). This is available on a personalised basis to help and empower staff who would benefit from additional support and opportunities to discuss and offload complex case loads in a confidential and safe environment.

Our educational lead was formally a successful senior leader who has a wealth of experience as DSL, SENCO and Pastoral Behaviour Lead, and who also holds the NPQH qualification. During his time in mainstream and specialist education settings he developed a track record of success, improving outcomes for SEND and disadvantaged students. This was achieved by developing an excellent pastoral and positive wellbeing culture within the schools, improving whole school behaviour, engagement and attendance where students thrived.
