Providing care for 15 years
All individuals on the care farm will experience and connect with a healthy daily structure and routine, whilst developing their skillset within a therapeutic and caring environment.
Opportunities will be provided for individuals to work alongside cattle, sheep, pigs, ponies, alpacas, rabbits and goats and many other animals on the farm. They will be able to get up close and interact with the animals whilst caring for their everyday needs, building relationships and rapport with them.
We also offer Arts & Craft and mindfulness activities, as well as cooking and baking sessions. Individuals will also learn and be provided with skills in horticulture, learning how to sow and plant a variety of fruit and vegetables. They will nurture their growth and produce harvested on the farm will be used as part of cooking activities.
We also boast a sensory garden, designed and developed in collaboration with our current service users.
