Welcome to Acton Mill Care Farm
Care Farm
All individuals on the care farm will experience and connect with a healthy daily structure and routine, whilst developing their skillset within a therapeutic and caring environment.
Alternative Provision
Led by our Senco, we focus particularly on those with Special Educational Needs or those suffering with anxiety based school avoidance and who find it difficult to thrive in a conventional classroom setting.
Supported Living
High quality residential care has been at the heart of our family for the past 40 years. We can accommodate full time residential and respite care through our support/assisted living facility on the farm.
Growing & developing confidence
Our philosophy here at Acton Mill is to provide enjoyable learning opportunities, designed to promote each individual’s character and personal development whilst encouraging independence, autonomy, self discipline and self regulation.
Activities designed to build interpersonal skills
We are situated in the picturesque countryside of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire borders. We aim to promote the physical and mental wellbeing of individuals, by providing opportunities to be creative, working in an therapeutic rural environment.
